Better Call Saul Season 6, also the final season, concludes the complicated journey and transformation of small-time attorney Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk), into morally challenged lawyer Saul Goodman. From the cartel to the courthouse, from Albuquerque to Omaha, season six tracks Jimmy, Saul, and Gene as well as Jimmy’s complex relationship with Kim (Rhea Seehorn) who is in the midst of her own existential crisis. Meanwhile, Mike (Jonathan Banks), Gus (Giancarlo Esposito), Nacho (Michael Mando) and Lalo (Tony Dalton) are locked into a game of cat and mouse with mortal stakes.
Premiered on AMC on February 8, 2015, and concluded on August 15, 2022, Better Call Saul is both a prequel and sequel to Breaking Bad (2008–2013). It has garnered many awards and nominations, including a Peabody Award, 48 Primetime and Creative Arts Emmy Awards, 19 Writers Guild of America Awards, 20 Critics’ Choice Television Awards, nine Screen Actors Guild Awards, and six Golden Globe Awards nominations.
Unfortunately, Better Call Saul season 7 won’t happen, since AMC announced Better Call Saul season 6 as the final season back in January 2020.
