10 Ways to Fix Amazon Prime Video Not Working

Before troubleshooting, make sure that your device, web browser, and internet connection meet the minimum system requirements of Amazon Prime Video. If you are using a computer, Prime Video is available via a web browser on a computer running Windows(Windows 10/11), macOS (macOS 11.4 and higher), Chrome OS, or Linux.

1. Restart your Prime Video app or browser

Sometimes, temporary glitches with the app or a web browser may cause streaming problems. Close the Prime Video app on your device or your web browser and restart it again. If you’re watching on your computer, you can also try using another browser.

2. Restart your streaming device

Step 1. Run Pazu Amazon Prime Video Downloader.

Step 4. Click Download icon

To find the content you’ve downloaded, click the History icon on the top.
